We are gonna beat the brakes off them tomorrow. The experience of this team in the postseason will shine.

I'm far from a sunshine pumper, but Astros have a clear advantage going into Game 5

Our only real disadvantage is at manager, and we have overcome his deficiencies all season.

I would love to have a guy like Beltran sit in the dugout for this one.

Cora is free... think he'll come sit in for a bit?

You may or may not be correct about that.

This is where I'm at. Anything can happen in a single game, but if we can't win at home when it matters with Cole on the mound, there's no point in moving on anyway. Think the bats get hot and they roll on into the next series.

The Astros will win Game 5 because of Gerrit Cole, he will be A Yankee next year.

Yankees gonna pay that luxury tax after they lose the ALCS to the Astros or are they gonna offload about 5 dudes to make room?

Yankees could have afforded both Machado and Harper and chose not too, also the Astros haven't even made the ALCS yet, talk to me when you beat the Rays.

Watching the press conference:

1st question to AJ is if he envisions any changes to the lineup tomorrow. He said no basically. Said Maldy will catch but doesn't view this offense as struggling currently. Just thinks the pitching has been that good from TB.

He just said Yordan will be in the 5 hole tomorrow. Means Brantley isn't moving down.

Other than Tucker in place of Reddick, what do you do?

Dare to give Myles Straw a start in the OF in place of Brantley?

I understand Maldy has caught all of Cole's starts since he arrived and you don't want to throw Cole out of the grove he's in.

But we're facing elimination and adding Martin Maldonado to an offense that's already struggling to score runs.

Nah Brantley hit the ball pretty well in two at bats last night with the deep drive caught at the warning track and the unlucky line drive to the fat 1b

Talk about a panic move. Absolutely not
