I dont expect us to advance regardless of opponent. 7 game series with no off days is gonna be tough. So I think I lean towards wanting the Rays to advance simply out of a desire to see the Yankees eliminated.
As far as the match ups, I really don't know. The Rays were the better team based on record and in my own assessment I think they're the better team based on pitching. But I think experience in the moment matters...the Yankees are certainly experienced in the LCS and their offense is hot right now which potentially exploits an Astros weakness.

I needed this today! All day I have been packing and getting my family situated as I expect to be activated shortly to respond to Delta. I may be sleeping in a tent or gym but at least I have something to look forward to next week.

I don’t “root” for anyone anymore because I remember being excited when the Nats beat the Dodgers. That didn’t work out so great.
That being said, ALL the pressure would be on the Yanks. We are playing with house money and then some. Would love to see them sweat through that series knowing how roasted they would be if they lost.
