That's what they tell us. Does that matter when you get the shite beat out of you 2 games in a row and then can't score in a close game?

No, and it especially doesn’t matter against a team like the Redsox who were towards the bottom in stolen bases and attempts. It’s like Dusty doesn’t even know his opponent

the middle of the lineup gets on base but is sandwiched by shite on both ends so nothing feels like it had any pressure on their pitchers

This feels like it should be much more than just a 1-run deficit.

Red Sox gonna be sorry they let the Astros hang around. Just sayin'...

It feels impossible with the way the offense has been but I agree with this. All it takes is turning on 1 mistake pitch to change the series

My goodness how many at bats have been ruined by a bad called strike on a pitch 6 inches outside. It’s happened to at least 4 at bats this game…all high and outside.

Apparently, there was no one warming in the Astros pen, so Javier probably will at least start the 6th.

But man, Maldy is just old school man. He's a guy out there man. Just knows the game. Grinds, man. He just feels it man. You gotta have guys like that man.

"Maldy reminds me of Steve Yeager, who also couldn't hit. But he looked like a catcher."
