How many runs have the Red Sox scored this series with 2 outs? All but two? Seems like it.
That's what separates great teams from average teams.

They should have seen some flashes that told them they should keep him in the system.
He had 700+ plate appearances over 3+ years. There wasn’t much there, he did a complete overhaul of his swing, (studying Miggy’s) and got really good.
It was just bad timing for the Stros, they had other guys they wanted to see play and didn’t think he’d amount to anything

This entire game, I’m admittedly “triggered.” So this is what people must feel like when they’re getting trolled and can’t get past it.

I'm not up to date on the challenge system, but can someone answer why it would be an out simply for touching the glove? Say the player hasn't closed the glove, secured the throw, by the time the batter has reached the bag

mean they called him up to the majors because he obviously had the athletic ability but the guy just could not fricking hit while he was here
He probably would have never become what he has without getting cut. Sometimes it has to happen that way. Some guys need to fail to eventually be successful.

Sometimes bad rule interpretations can do the same thing.

How many times will Joe step off the rubber tonight?
O/U 6.5?

Regardless of the controversy with the umps... there is no question that these two teams are by far the two superior teams in baseball this year.

I don’t want to sound ungrateful but has Yuli gotten anything off the ground this series?

He had a fly out to right earlier. But otherwise, no

He had a fly ball in the first inning that would have been a sac fly had altuve not been ruled out.
