Houston demographics are actually pretty amazing. We are very multi cultural city where anything is available.

Really? I’d much prefer sweating my arse off over freezing it and needing snow shoveled before I leave my house.

I would never consider living anywhere that gets snow regularly. But each to their own.

I’m glad we had this pitching meltdown on their eovaldi start. Would suck if we lost and had eovaldi in the next start. Stros need to take 2 of 3 in Boston and close it out in Houston.

This isn’t exclusive to Astros fans but fans are so dumb. People are cheering like the Astros are still in the game after that call reversal. It’s mostly women who do that. It’s 9-3 and it sounded like the Astros are winning.

Because someone has to always have hope. There is not a single thing wrong with cheering till the end. And you miserable, jaded people will never convince me otherwise.

See. Nothing is impossible! At least there was a little fun. Besides, we have a 5 year old with us. Let it be fun for the kids!

9-5 loss. Congrats on cheering for those two garbage time homers.

Fox replaced Pedro with a different Dominican former Red Sox player you can't understand.

So, I guess we’re looking at Urquidy for game 3 and CK for game 4. This is fine.

Jake Odorizzi: "I sucked up four innings. That’s the best way of putting it. Those could be crucial as we move forward in this series.”

Yeah, he pitched 4 innings. The first 1/3 of an inning overshadowed the rest of his work because it put the game out of reach. They still used Stanek for an inning, which was stupid.

What a fricking loser Odorizzi is.

Urquidy for game 3

20-20 hindsight has me wondering why he didn't start Game 2. But oh well. What is done is done.

I feel like the Sox rotation, outside of Eovaldi, is also a mess.

For you bettors, I was just stunned to see the odds of Boston winning the series are just -106

Not even being silly or reverse jinxing, but from an objective standpoint that's unbelievable value when we are basically counting on Urquidy and/or Greinke to have quality starts.

I'll of course be rooting like hell for the stros and our bats are capable of keeping us in it, but it's hard to see any of our starters being able to go 5-6 innings

I think Urquidy and/or CK could do it, but they’d need their A+ stuff. Realistically, I don’t think Dusty would let it happen, even if they did.
