no. If you listen to the Zach lowe podcast he mentions that harden was moreys boss. Harden is not trading his best friend away after one year, especially one where russ was hurt and out of shape for the playoffs.

Can both be true though? The Rockets have been consistent, no doubt. But they never got out of the West under Morey. Not once. And we can make all the excuses we want about CP3 injury, facing Golden State, etc. But it didn't happen.
