But let’s be real, no one is putting dirk ahead of Wilt.

This is akin to passing records being broken in the nfl

Why? It's not like Wilt was a guard, so the 3 pt line addition is pointless.

The fact that a white 40 yr old 7 footer can play on the perimeter proves how lazy NBA defensive players are

it's not like he's taking them to the rim off the dribble. He's shooting fadeaways from behind his head. Not much you can do to that.

Nah it's because I'm biased. Ginobili was my favorite player and I'm going to his jersey retirement ceremony next week and I'm excited as a kid on Christmas

Back during Manu's and Dirk's hey days, I hated the big Kraut. He won me over though. Testament to him.

considering the eras, it's the opposite actually

dirk began his career in the super defensive era that the NBA would rather forget

wilt played in an era of higher pace/scoring than today

Not many people can guard a 7’ that can shoot the ball as well as him. He’d thrive in any era

The point is you don't let him get the ball

It'd be pretty dumb to be trying hard to deny the ball to a guy averaging 6 pts and shooting 35%.
