I noped out in the first inning at 3-0. I looked at the score now and then to see how bad it got. Definite low light on the season.
Crane better take Uncle Draytons TV money and buy us a new roster by Thursday. This shite is a 2012 Astros roster. Just a bunch of cheap arse roster filler.

Went to the game…got there in 2nd due to rain and left in the 4th. Saw a ton of dads with kids there. Everyone who brought a kid should get a full refund. Maybe some if those kids will be DAT-ers in the future and harken back to the days of Cooper Hummel being an everyday player

I stayed until 5-0

We are back to the “at least the Mariners lost” phase.

The Rangers have crept back into this thing. They’re a game behind Seattle for second.

Astros finish 3rd. They will deeply regret not trading Framber. Could reload quickly with near ready MLB talent for next year.

We can rebuild and have cute nicknames for Cooper Hummel and Short like the days of old

Hummer and Shart already have nicknames in my household. They have not taken hold in the DAT it seems.

We know you’re likely right, but the record this bunch has put forth thus far leaves them with little left to do in so far as rebuilding
Not in a position to lose any significant pieces and plenty of possibilities when starters return
Worst case for the future for sure, but a very small chance for a pennant with the weakness in the AL overall
No doubt Framber would be dealt if this team’s record with present roster wasn’t so damn far above its talent level

The majority of the more important pieces of this team are young (HB, Pena, Cam, Issac, Spaghetti, maybe Diaz). The idea that they need to rip the team apart so it can be rebuilt 2011-2014 style is silly. But that’s what Ryno wants because he’s bored of the current run.

5 games ia nothing and the 2 teams behind you have better rosters and more ammo to add firepower. Face reality.

Getting pieces for future runs is not “gutting” like Luhnow initially did
I honestly don’t think DB is dumb enough to think this team in its present state has a WS chance
The move with Tucker tells me he would have done the right thing with Framber, but the Matrix bullet dodging and unfortunate spot he is in will tie his hands

I supported making a similar type of deal with Framber before the year since they won’t retain him, but it’s pretty rare it works out as well as the Tucker deal did. You do well to get one future long term piece in one of those deals, the Astros got two, one of whom is 22 and may blossom into a true star
Hell maybe three contributors depending on how Wesneski rebounds from TJ. He’d be the third best starter in the current rotation

We should take one for a guy who couldn’t beat Detroit with our lineup at home last year

And Framber would bring more than Eugenio Suarez

That’s great and all but not really what Ryno is calling for. The muh rebuild thing is a message board phenomenon for winning teams. People get bored.
