He was definitely tagged out at home. My only question was whether catcher would get called for blocking/obstruction. They got real picky on that a couple years ago.

So Mississippi State and NC State could end up losing one game in the CWS and be eliminated if I am correct. The double elimination aspect is now gone?

No the double elimination factor is still there. Texas and Vandy have to win twice to stay alive. MSU/NCSU need to only win once.

Not yet - brackets are double elim so Miss State or N C St still have to lose twice. If they lose today they play again tomorrow. Then the championship is best 2 of 3 starting Monday

Yep. Those guys were on fumes by the end of it. The Blake Bales injury in the regional really hurt. If he's available then you guys probably beat Miss St. But then you combine that injury with Neeck being out and Schoch being banged up then you all of a sudden go from a deep bullpen to an exhausted one.
