UNC has 1 win vs PITT.
Louisville has beaten WKU and Indiana State.
Rutgers has beaten Texas State.
Oregon State beat Southern Utah.

Kansas gets excluded since they beat Rutgers.

I vote for a tie between Rutgers and OSU.

Rutgers and Oregon State are in a class of their own

Louisville is really bad and UNC has at least been respectable in a couple of their losses.

Side note, were not even mentioning Kansas which is a win in itself for them

Arkansas at least deserves a mention. They're winless against P5 opponents and lost to one of the worst teams in the Mountain West. They've beaten a bad FCS team and one of the worst FBS teams in the country.

Arkansas gave Ole Miss and Aggie a good fight.

And side note, what happened to the poster who did this weekly?

Arkansas would beat Rutgers by 30, and I’m being dead serious. As bad as Hogs fans think they have it, trust the KU fan in me telling you that it could be much, much worse

Rutgers is the worst college football team I’ve ever seen. I hadn’t seen someone make KU look like an actual football team this decade until the Rutgers thrashing.

East Coast bias. Oregon State is really bad.

For sure, but I almost want to give Smith a pass considering it's his first season as a HC and he took over a mess.

Ash is in year three, and the talent level at Rutgers looks barely FBS caliber, much less P5. Northwestern played like arse yesterday and were ripe for the taking, but Rutgers still couldn't finish them off.

FIFY

Rutgers and it isn't even close. They are horrendous in every possible way. I tried in vain to find a statistic that would make Ash look competent and I failed.

An attempt to 'fence off' New Jersey has failed, continues to fail and will continue to fail in the future. The program is a disgrace and the meager recruits Ash had are fleeing for their lives.

There are very strong rumors that Ash has lost the players and the coaches. Nobody is listening to him. The OL coach is openly shopping for a new job. The entire defensive staff is likely to bail after this season.

But wait, there's more!

Chris Ash and Patrick Hobbs (AD) share an agent. That agent snuck an automatic extension into Ash's contract: if any kind of violations / sanctions hit the Rutgers program, Chris Ash would automatically get a 2-year extension at $2M per season.

So Chris Ash, who was 6-18 at the time, got $4M guaranteed added onto his contract. The $6.5M buyout is probably too big for Rutgers to swallow this year.

So, Ash gets another year or possibly even two. He'll be 7-29 at the end of this year. Ash could literally end up 7-41 before he gets fired -- I see no reason to think this team is going to win any games next year.

t;ldr -- Rutgers is hopeless

Rutgers only win is over Texas State.

TBH, the team is so bad right now I think they'd lose the rematch.

I agree that it's between Oregon State and Rutgers. I believe Rutgers takes the cake.
