Fyi to anyone interested, wrigley rooftops put out for sale any remaining rooftops they have left this morning. Still some available but they jacked the prices up even further than what I already paid for my game 4 rooftop tickets by $650 more.
Shelled out $1K each yesterday for two on one of the Waveland Rooftops for Saturday.

I had the choice of 3617 Sheffield and 1048 Waveland and the Wrigley rooftop guy told me to go Sheffield. Which one you on?

Are WS rosters expanded from LCS rosters? Trying to figure out how in the world this Schwarber thing is even a consideration. I love him as much as the next guy but he hasn't seen live pitching in 6 months. Can't see him being a better add than sczcur or cogs(was cogs on the LCS roster?). Is this just gamesmanship? That doesn't make sense either. Not like it forces cle to prepare for him like u would in football.

Indians in 7. Trevor Bauer will be the World Series MVP.

Same 25 man roster. Coghlan has been on and will stay on. LA Stella was on the nlds roster and had one pinch hit appearance. He was replaced by Rob Z who didn't even appear in the nlcs. That's Schwarber's spot. And Schwarber with a cane in one hand and a bat in the other is worth the spot over Sczur against an all righty Cleveland staff and four potential games with a dh.

They just need Szczur's bat and underwear and theyll be fine

Agreed. I believe this move is both strategic and symbolic. The all righty staff has to weigh heavily in the decision. I'm all for it.

this is the pre series discussion thread. I am still counting on you for the game threads Except Game 3 thread for obvious reasons

Oh yeah. Someone else will have to handle that one for sure

Cubs are at 108
Indians are at 68
Cardinals (NFL) are at 69
Are those right since last championship?

Some tickets from our group that were up for sale. Already sold.
Seats 103,104 to WS3 sold for $2,690 each ($2,421 after fees).
Seat 104 to WS4 sold for $3,389 ($3,050.10 after fees).
We're midfield upper deck box, row 10. Yeah, wow.
I'll be at game 4. Had a choice between 3 and 4 and had to go with the game that could possibly be a closeout game. I'll miss virtually all of the Badger/Husker night game, but shite, this is history in the making.

The fact that he's playing baseball this quickly after an injury like that is just astonishing to me.
