And based on what is provided I think differently
Just don’t deny that you said nothing happened

Doesn’t matter. The court of Lester has spoken
And I once thought Lester was a cubs fan

You're something else, Lester.

Let’s look at the two mindsets of prejudging a situation:
1. Take Lester’s stance and automatically assume that anyone who has claims made against them is guilty, evidence or not. Individual loses their job, loses scholarships, expelled from school, shamed by society, etc.
Turns out it was fraudulent after years of court cases. The individuals life is already ruined. People who called for that person’s destruction don’t care.
Oh, and more often than not, nothing happens to the person who lied.
2. Assume innocence until evidence arises that proves otherwise.
If guilty, punishment is meted. If innocent, accused is vindicated and no one’s life was destroyed.
Sadly, people like Lester favor the first option, accused be damned. If he ran the world, the Duke lacrosse team would be in prison.

By assuming innocence do you mean calling the victim a spiteful, attention-seeking instagram whore bitch ? Is that how that works ?

They argue from a position of retardation and insanity.

Scruffy this is a message board. I’m simply calling my shot based on my knowledge of following the story for the last year. I’m not hurting anyone. I’m not a judge. I’m not deciding anyone’s fate.
Also funny how y’all skip over Lester munson’s Statement that says the same thing I am

He could have not called her a name, but your stance is too stupid for words.

I get mixed up.
I like people better when they don’t hold crazy views.
