. I just don't share your opinion that he's all bad.

in a bubble, I dont think he's bad either.

when you take into account his contract & lack of hustle it starts to snowball .

so you're the militant cub fan that has to be a bigger fan that the rest right?

Is my defense of soriano really that upsetting?

2010, 2011, 2012. One from each year.

who gives a shite about the dates? He's not all of a sudden going to be a different player.

Soriano is a really nice guy in person. I met him a few times in the clubhouse when I went to Wrigley and he took time to talk and sign.

As a player, I have little respect for the way that he plays. It's pathetic how much he has fallen off

What is out of my arse, castro likes the guy and thinks he's good to keep around. The front office isn't willing to part with him for nothing otherwise the yankees would have gladly taken him over wells. Again, this isnt' a soriano for mvp defense it's much more tepid than that.

I belive his shortcomings can be attributed to a failing body, not mind.

Does it upset me that he didn't accept a trade to the giants last year...you better believe it, but only because i believe he owed it to the cubs, when in reality he signed a contract and if he wants to stay then he's got that right.

What's up Cubs fans... I abandoned the lurker role so I will be posting in here! Still kinda weird rooting for Samardja after hating him in the Sugar Bowl, but it will be easier if he keeps tossing it like this

Burnett has 9 Ks through 4. Terrible to get one ball in play with a runner on 3rd and no one out.
