Frisco PD is investigating #Cowboys David Irving on three allegations — assault bodily injury of family member; assault family member impeding breath/ circulation; and unlawful restraint. The assault impeding breath/ circulation is a felony.

Which is all one crime. He choked someone...but this is the over-law making in crime we see today.

Apparently Cowboys.now on Instagram got an official statement from the ex girlfriend.
“Hey everyone as you’re all aware there is a huge storm of accusations flying around Twitter and any other social media. I just wanted to clear things up myself first hand, David and I did have an argument like any other couple but he did not physically hurt me. I did not get onto his and hack his account I haven’t had a cell phone 12pm this afternoon and I seen all what as going on David’s social media accounts and mine were all logged in on that phone.”
Straight from her. So I guess this was a pretty simple case of someone hacking a Twitter Account.

I think if I owned a team and I hadn't reached even a championship game in 21 years and my roster was constantly littered with lawbreakers, I'd consider firing my GM.
