It’s clear the owners just hate Snyder as a person.
The only other owner who could get 75-80 percent of owners to vote against them (I believe each league has different thresholds) was Donald Sterling.
Owners hate losing money but they hate Snyder even more. If he wasn’t so obnoxious but losing as much, he would be fine. If he was winning, making good money and acting the way he does, he would be tolerated as well. But he’s costing them money and being a massive prick.

I think it also came out he was cooking the books and stealing from the other owners. It got lost in all the titties and groping cheerleaders stuff, but someone high up detailed the scheme to Congress I believe. Finger all the sluts you want but don’t frick with my money.

And there's some truth to that. Snyder has effectively torpedoed a franchise that has multiple Super Bowls and had a legitimate name brand.
Irsay, fricked up, still managed to run a successful franchise even after the move from Baltimore.

It's a sad indictment on our political culture that DC is a top market. When George Preston Marshall moved the Skins to DC it was one of the smaller markets.
