Michigan only on there bc a few OSU fans voted for them 10k times each

Michigan is on the list because ESPN helped Charles Woodson steal Peyton Manning’s Heisman, and they were gifted a half-NC because they got to play a mediocre Wazzu team in the Rose instead of getting rolled by Nebraska.

Overall the list is solid. It is filled with fraud NCs, punk-arse teams and players, cheaters, and prematurely crowned champions.

Complete nonsense. UM was #1 in both polls and widely regarded as the best team that year. Who know who would've won had they played, but this was not 95 nebraska. It would've been a great game.

4) 2010 Auburn

A team no one really hated until the Cam story broke at the end of the season. Even then, it only seemed like SEC teams had a beef with 2010 Auburn.

Yeah but I just don't see how that team belongs with the others on the list for the bulk of the season. The hatred for 2010 Auburn seems to be confined to the SEC more than anything. I didn't get the vibe the whole country was rooting against them like some of the others on the list.

Others:

2007 LSU: leapfrogged everybody on the final day

2011 Alabama: duh

2012 Notre Dame: Softest unbeaten team ever

2006 Florida: a lot of people wanted a OSU/Michigan rematch

2003 Oklahoma: Kept USC out of the NC game vs. LSU

Pick any Oregon team overrated by the pollsters and press every single year.

Baker is such a douche. But if that’s the reason for the hate, then aTm after the Manziel suspension belongs on the list too.

I would think 2008 Florida was far more hated than 96. I know Spurrier obviously made people fussy...but the Tebow love turned a ton of people against Florida at that time.

What in the world qualifies this team? Lloyd Carr was likeable, Brian Griese and Charles Woodson were likeable, and I don't remember them coming across as brash, arrogant, or thuggish.

The mulligan is the most b.s. decision by the Networks/ESPN collusion with voters...in CFB history.

Worst than Colorado's 5th down and winning the Natty...on that and a bogus clipping call in the final minute against Notre Dame and the Rockets bowl game winning TD.

Not sure how ‘96 Florida is on here. Really the only possible reason is spurrier’s arrogance.

Aside from that, they were embarrassed by Nebraska the year before, and Danny wuerrfel was a model citizen/student athlete. Those would be reasons to not hate that Florida team.

They lost too many games to be in the conversation.

I'd say the Meyer UF teams should be hated more than 96 Gators

How so? Meyer's teams didn't get a mulligan like the 1996 Gators did.
