College Baseball Rosters of UCLA and Miss. State

Guys (and Gals),
I didn't want to raise this topic on the main page of Tiger Rant or SEC rant because I was afraid it would take away from the more sports focused posts, but does anyone else notice the disparity of minorities that are not playing in the national championship game? If other sports, such as basketball or football, African-Americans are clearly better suited athletes than whites then why not baseball? If not African-Americans, then there must be legitimate Hispanic athletes that should be playing on these baseball teams.
Are we at the point that either Congress (or NCAA) should mandate certain minority scholarships percentages for African-Americans/Hispanics that coaches must recruit? Let's face it - it's no longer the 1950's anymore and we should likely embrace this new standard.

Baseball is allowed 11.8 or 13 scholarships. no one can recieve a full ride in D-1 ( I think). All are partial scholarships. I would think this factors into the baseball rosters.
