I once played in a game temperature approaching 40 degrees as a country day Cajun defensive back. I definitely wore sleeves.

Troy 2008 was the coldest I have ever been in my life

That crazy Vikings Bills game last year was cold.
Coldest I’ve ever been to was some random Pats throttling of Rivers and the Chargers in the playoffs. I didn’t dress appropriately and an older/wiser version of me would have probably died in those conditions lol.
I started a minor league game at Cedar Rapids or somewhere and can truly say I’ve never been colder in my life. We went out to stretch a couple times and authorities took us off the field for safety issues. No amount of running helped to get loose.
We ended up playing. I probably didn’t break 86 mph all game and the batters refused to take full swings. There wasn’t a single hard hit ball all game.
First time I’ve e we seen jet engine space heater things. They put 3 of them in each dugout. You could burn your leg clean off and also freeze to death at the same time.

1981 AFC Championship game in Cincinnati. -59 degree wind chill. Me and my boys went shirtless.
That so-cal soy boy Dan Fouts said he “still can feel the frostbite in his fingertips and toes.”
As a coincidence, it was also the highest attended NFL game of all-time. Apparently the entire metro area was there…just ask them.

Broncos / Rams in 2018 ... in Denver. It was 18 degrees high that day. I was miserable.

LSU vs bama 2000 I think. Was like 30 degrees but the wind was howling. Face was so wind burned.
That was 2002. Night game and we lost 31-0

Independence bowl 1997 LSU coached by Gerry Dinardo versus Michigan State coached by the now and always famous goat Nick Saban. However I was at a high school game in Stanford Montana back in 2011 that probably was about 20° with a chill factor about 10 so that may have actually been the coldest I've ever been to

I don't remember the year exactly, but it was in the late 80s. It was a high school football game @ boothville-venice. It was in the 20's, and the wind off the river made it 100x worse.

Non UGA related: I was at the UNR Boise Stae game when UNR upset BS in OT on a missed FG.
The game was nuts, UNR was getting beat handily most of the game and came back. This was before Kaepernick turned himself into a racial martyr.
The game was also fricking cold, I lived on Lake Tahoe and it was a mild late fall day in the low 50s but down in the desert in Reno it was like 30 degrees cooler and I just had on jeans and a light jacket.
Fun times

Played an 18 hole high school golf tournament in 32 degree weather with a 20 mph north wind and sleet all day.

Either the 1992 SEC Championship game (Bham) or the 2000 Iron Bowl (First IB in Tuscaloosa).
I'd give the edge the the 2000 Iron Bowl. Beyond cold and raining and sleet. I left at halftime when it was obvious we weren't going to score. I rode home wearing only a towel with the seat warmers on.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs Philadelphia Eagles on December 31, 2000.
I was warm...but trying to piss at the old Veterans Stadium with toilets over flowing and trying to get situated with 3 layers of closed.
I'll never do that shite again.

Met Stadium, Minneapolis 1977. About 10 degrees.
It had snowed the night before so the stadium was half empty. We moved onto seats on the 40 yard line and witnessed the first comeback of Rice's Touchdown Tommy Kramer's career beating the 49ers 28-27 with Kramer throwing three touchdowns in the final 10:30 - the last of which went to Louisanna native Sammy White with 1:30 to go.

Nov 27, 1976 Utah Win 35-7, 37* 20mph winds, aluminum seats with no one sitting around us. Left at halftime. Never been that cold, lol.
