I'm more impressed that he didn't have a "medical problem" that precluded him from going anywhere but the ER after the game. Props to K for sticking around and taking up the arse like a man.

Agreed, if he wants to do a nice gesture he can call the coach tomorrow, or visit the team to wish them luck before the next game.
With the timing of it, and his prior knowledge media would be around, this comes off as a deflection

I doubt they do it right after in the locker room, it would get more play in the press. Typically teams form early games come out and watch part of the next game to scout, that would have made for a less self-interested gesture

I think coach K is a fricking clown, and I hate the motherfricker with the fire of a thousand suns (I grew up with the Fab Five).
