Keep an eye out for this. Baldwin just committed to UW Milwaukee. Word going around K is retiring.

If Wade went to Duke the media would never bring up anything about the investigation again.

Seems like he has been checkout out for a little while now. Even tried to take away the season and futures of thousands of athletes last season because HE didn’t want to coach.

Vitale’s head would explode.

Would they just hire a Coach K assistant to try and keep the train moving?

Or do they go for a top coach at a top program? Don't see any leaving and there aren't many out there. Mark Few? He's 58. Maybe throw ridiculous cheese at Brad Stevens?

Last option would be reaching for a big time up and comer...Nate Oats? Something like that?

Dick Vitale would short circuit. Brain would just fire off in every direction, sending him deeper into dementia and eventually force him into retirement. Wade will win, one way or another.

K may be retiring, but I don't know that this has anything to do with it. Plan for awhile had been to play for his dad at UW-Milwaukee. From what I heard, Duke didn't even send him a LOI.

Stevens would be the choice IMO.

Duke should hire the Villanova coach - young and successful / does it the right way. Used to a small school and northeast.

Would make the most sense.

Jay Wright will be 60 this year. It doesn't make sense to me at all why he'd leave what he's built.

He’s been considered a mortal lock to sign with Milwaukee.

He’d begin campaigning for Pitino to Duke.

Tough one for Nike. He's one of their top employees.
