Nah. Larry had a nice stroke. Just didn't get off his feet much.

Larry's stroke was unorthodox, as was Reggie Millers and Stojakavic.
No one cares what it looks like when it goes in, and Kidds went in at the same rate as Larry's, and he shot a lot more of them.

Who wins a 3 contest between Larry and Kidd is all I'll say?? And Larry's stroke was nice just look at that 3 contest clip.

If you're asking me who wins a 3 point contest, i'll take Larry over anyone.

the point is, Jason Kidd is in the conversation as one of the best 3 point shooters b/c of the amount he has made over his career.

He's in the conversation as best in assists.

He's in the conversation as best in steals.

He's in the conversation as best PG defender.

He is the best PG rebounder.

He's in the conversation as best triple double threat.

He has really great career achievements.

I think so..

I'd just like to point out that a few months ago I started a thread questioning why so many NBA fans are quick to label current players as potential GOATs, and everyone here said it was an unfounded accusation.

Here we go again....

Kidd is 3700 assists behind Stockton. No, he's not in that conversation.

I get it. You're a Kidd fanatic. And he finally got his ring. He's HOF even when he's dead and gone.

I think you're in the conversation for my favorite poster.

He's 2,000 ahead of 3rd place.

I didn't say he was the best, just in the conversation.
Isiah and Payton are in the conversation. They are 6700 behind Stockton.

He's also playing right now on NBATV with the Nets against the Lakers in the championship.
Guess who he's guarding? Kobe, not Fisher. Even guarded Rick Fox for a little while.

I'm not a fanatic of Kidd, just appreciative of his career numbers and accomplishments.

So Stockton is almost twice as far ahead of Kidd as Kidd is ahead of third place.

Hey, I appreciate Kidd's career. Guy has been a great point guard in his day.

Oh, and Stockton's 3pt% is 38.4%, just didn't shoot as many as Kidd.

Larry, easily! In any 3 point contest he is in the only question is who is coming in second.
