Because pre-marital sex isn't against the law

So he gives his opinion on a network that is all about opinions. I don't see anything wrong with it. As long as he doesn't bash any players or become intolerant of those who are gay, people should calm down.
Just reminds me of when people were hating on the owner for Chick Fil A for donating his money to his beliefs. You shouldn't be blasted for your opinion.

Awesome to stand by your beliefs.
Of course he will be called a hateful bigot.
the KKK stands by their beliefs too...
and a fricking book does make people hateful bigots so I see no problem with someone being called out for being one

Isn't calling someone intolerant and narrow minded for not accepting a way of life in itself intolerant and narrow minded?
Especially when I'm pretty sure a majority of the people bitching about this didn't watch the whole interview

There are a lot of "Christian" people out in the world who claim the religion and don't live up to it. If they wanna believe homosexuality is a sin I am fine with that belief, however, don't cast judgement on him because God says all sin is created equal. So they are not perfect either
Just because last post on the page

Is it fair to say that homosexuality is not natural, considering the whole point of sexual relations is for reproduction?

And?
Neither is being openly gay

Gay marriage is illegal despite not having one effin thing to do with religion.

That would be more of a poliboard topic, however, if Broussard an others want to stand on basis of having a problem with this because they are Christians, they should look in mirror more often. Passing judgement on Collins doesn't change the man he is and no man is free from sin, and all sin is created equal.

. But there is a difference between not agreeing with the lifestyle and hating gay people but its not portrayed that way
Yep and that is a big problem with the perception of christians. Sure there are some judgmental ones who, in my opinion, dont accurately portray what Jesus called Christians to do but there are many more who are the complete opposite of judgmental. Matter of fact, Christians are called to love on those who are not "saved" regardless of the lifestyle they live.

Neither is oral sex.

Whether or not you agree with his beliefs those are the beliefs of his religion. I wouldn't have a problem if a Jewish guy said it was a sin for me to eat bacon cheese burger.

When do Jewish people do that. Get hank Goldberg on the phone.

Actually, no, my point was to take all of the religion/politics out of it.
I have no issue with someone that is gay, it doesn't directly affect me at all, let them do their thing. But, to argue that it is natural is just wrong.
Posted on 4/29/13 at 7:18 pm to DelU249
Well he never said anything about gay marriage
And I'm a Christian that thinks gay marriage should be legal

Which is his right.
I support gay marriage, but I don't support people who are trying to punish others for stating their opinion.
If your gay, thats fine. If you support it, thats fine. If you don't support it, frick you and you should be fired or your business should go out of business?
