You are correct sir.

It will be so great that, after all the stupid shite he has said on air, this is what will get him fired.

I didn't say he should be fired. I said I want him to for precisely those reasons

Normally I'd agree. But he was asked about it. That's not on him. That's on the producer for taking the show in that direction.

Why? He was as respectful as possible while still stating his honest opinion. Plus he was brought on OTL to debate about this. That means ESPN knew he'd have this point of view going in.

Because that's how it goes now. 100% of the time.

Espn will be facing some high intensity pressure very soon.

He was asked for "his take" by the anchor. It's a stupid belief, but it's his belief.

Watch the whole video if you haven't, he said he has nothing against gay people. He simply stated his beliefs as a Christian. He said absolutely nothing wrong

Very true. It doesn't mean it's deserved.

FWIW I think Broussard is a terrible analyst and I'm perfectly fine with him being fired. Just not for this.

Athletes are just athletes. No need to voice their sexual preferences.

Actors are just in movies, no reason for them to plug political bits into their interviews.

And yet they all do it.

It's insane to me how warped we have become in this country.

You either accept whatever the mainstream view is or you are a BLANK!!! (insert racist, bigot, women hater, poor hater, etc)

Harry, I agree with you on the Tiger Rant 99% of the time, but here I have to disagree. The liberals in this country just can't get over themselves long enough to realize that many Christians believe what it written in the Bible. If you don't believe what is taught in the Bible, that is your choice, but you shouldn't resort to name calling and labeling Christians as bigots just because they believe in the Bible. I read here that Chris Broussard also denounced premarital sex, as do many other Christians. Homosexuality is not the only sin condemned in the Bible.

It's not the end of the world if two people disagree over an issue. If people in this country could peacefully debate a few issues, our country would be a lot better off. Instead both sides are unable to have a civil debate about most political issues.

Yes, I happen to be judgmental of people who are judgmental.

Even though I disagree with him, I respect him for saying it.

People are clamoring about equality and supporting everyone's views and life styles, then he shouldn't then be crucified for stating his opinion and view.

You have to accept that some people are going to disagree with your view. As long as he isn't forcing his view down other people's throats then it isn't a problem

Something tells me you wouldnt have a problem if he believed being gay was completely okay. In fact there wouldnt even be this thread, you would just applaud him for having an opinion

But in this case hes not allowed to have one because you disagree with kt

I don't mind someone being gay and I don't mind the Christian view of not liking homosexuality. What I can't stand is a guy like Broussard is going to have a problem with him but it's ok that most NBA players cheat on their wives and have kids with numerous women.

Saying that something is a sin doesn't mean that he's judging anyone. Everyone sins
