Are these announcers retarded and huffing into the microphone? It sounds like a 1960s record that scratches in the beginning. Very annoying like the Vandy whistler almost. For the CU NDSU game.

I would not be surprised at all if ESPN has no employee monitor the live TV feed to see if the experience is enjoyable to the user. I bet they might be clueless the static is horrible.
