Tulane's D line is doing a decent job. Memphis' OL is catching and getting pushed.

He was highly talked about during camp but obviously made mistakes (as you would expect). He should have been QB2 behind Semonza to start the season. Semonza was made the 2nd string QB (likely because of concerns with the OL) and that means Trace got even less reps.

I just remember being young and seeing all the commercials about "The Buddy System" ... and Tulane kinda, sorta struggling during those years.

Those embarrassing “attempts” by the Memphis DB’s at tackling that Tulane WR on that last TD makes you wonder if they have money on this game. They didn’t even try to make a tackle.

Well he probably should not have started but him being 3rd/4th string is something to question. They never should have brought in the guy they did who started at Duke.
