$15 mil for three years. Does this change Barkley going No. 1? They already have Duke Johnson as well, who is a good third-down back

They won’t take a RB with Hyde on their team. Hyde is good, they got a good deal on him

The Browns might have enough talent to go 1-15

Wow I knew the Browns would mess it up. Why wouldn't you just draft Barkley who is cheaper and has more potential than Hyde? Plus not like there is a clear #1 QB this year either.

Because while everyone thinks Barkley will be good, we already know Hyde is good. It frees the Browns up to go BPA at 1 and 4, but I have a feeling they'll trade out of atleast one of those spots. I like the move

Bradley Chubb at 1, qb at 4 or trade down and still get a qb and more picks. I kind of like what they are doing.

I'm guessing this means they are going QB and having Tyrod play until they are ready to take over. Good strategy but they better hope TT doesn't shite the bed and force them to make a QB change.

The 49ers let Hyde go to pay McKinnon this? What in the frick?

One of the most surprising deals of free agency will be Jerrick McKinnon's with the 49ers: It is expected to be a four-year deal worth $30 million -- an average of $7.5 million per year, per source.

Browns can’t draft for shite. They might as well just sign and/or trade for current players

To be fair... we don't know the real numbers yet. How much of that $30MM is tied to incentives?

Also Jet is two years younger than Hyde, and doesn't have Hyde's injury history. Hyde should perform well in CLE as it will be the best OL he's played behind in his NFL career.

Rookie QBs usually play their first year in the NFL these days.

The browns are a good draft away from being where the jags are now in two years.

The good draft part has always been the hiccup. This is also assuming Gordon can keep his head out of his own arse

Draft Chubb #1 and trade #4 to Buffalo for their 12th, 22nd and 56th pick. The Browns will then have the 1, 12, 22, 32, 35, 56 and 64th pick of the first two rounds in the draft. Draft either Mayfield, Allen or Jackson at 12. Browns are making moves!!!! Laugh alllll you want!

They probably want to draft a more important position #1, or trade out of it.

Don't they also have Crowell?

Hyde/Johnson/Crowell is pretty dang good.

I bet they go with Josh Allen #1.
