It’s going to be glorious. He’s already melting on Twitter, lol.

You realize he does that for ratings and clicks, right? Dude just says crazy stuff so people listen the next day, no thanks. I don’t think he even believes the shite he says.

It's an act man, they say stupid, to stir shite up & keep the fans listening and get the ratings. You have proved his point tonight by coming here to tell us about some glorious melt & you will hang on his every word for 3-4 hours waiting on him to melt????

Bitch, I listen to his best of podcast on a drive to and from work when I’m between audiobooks or cutting the grass. But keep on with your “I’m above it all” attitude while you’re posting shite like this in an exercise of irony.

It doesn’t hurt the product for multiple markets to be competitive. The belief you need to live off coastal dynasties is a fallacy, to be sure.

Market size does matter. Maybe not as much as Cowherd likes to believe, but it does make a difference

Sure. But small market teams being good is not bad for the nba/nfl in general.

Dude’s obsession with market size is weird. Part of the reason I stopped occasionally listening to him was because he talked about how great LA was incessantly. I just don’t know why the best teams being in huge cities is that big of a deal in 2019. Does he not have the internet or cable?

He's obsessed with "people want to see the big boys" - he's against smaller markets in all sports, doesn't like the Cinderella...says always people would rather watch the Heavyweights...is obsessed like the NFL was with putting a team in L.A. - I bet he's pissed Golden State isn't in L.A. Then he would say the league would be so much healthier and everyone would love the Warriors.

Best of Cowherd can't be very long. You must have a short drive.

The Knicks sucked in the 80s. The Lakers sucked in the 90s. Those were periods of enormous growth in popularity for the league

It's much better for basketball than if the Pels are great.

Forget about New York or LA. New Orleans is an irrelevant franchise with no fanbase and no history. Their two previous superstars showed no interest in sticking around and tried to leave the first chance they got. It would have been much better if the Bulls or Wizards or Mavericks or even the Hawks won the lottery than the Pelicans.

So herd is saying Pels should trade the pick because Zion won’t sign a second contract with them. His guest even said that Zion will refuse to play for Pels.

frick that. Even if Zion told the Pelicans he would pull his name from the draft, I would call his bluff and draft Morant if he actually did. Doubt he would though.
