As someone who worked in advertising for almost 20 years I can tell you the person who would've brought that design to their creative director would've been fired on the spot

People love it because it's terrible? I guess that's something. People also "love" Old Town Road. That doesn't make it the best song ever.

OG logo had a C for Washington State College. Changed to the current one in 1959 when the college gained university status.

Design wise it is solid. If it were for a new startup I would be onboard. But I guess I'm old school with college football logos. Just keep it Barbara Streisand.

Those who can't see the WSC, are the same people who didn't realize that the Montreal Expos logo, especially on their hats was a MEB for Montreal Expo baseball
