Almost all sports nepo babies wash out in college. They end up at a program a little beyond their capabilities and end up riding the bench a few years and disappear into obscurity.

Has Bronny himself done anything to deserve all the hate he gets?

Not a single thing.

He’s the first one that’s been paraded around so his dad can own the father/son records too while still active. That I know of at least.

Some of the other nepotism players at least had some talent and were maybe fringe guys that got to hang on because of who they were.

Could you score 5 points in an NBA game?

I don’t think a single person thinks he should have been drafted off talent alone, including his Dad. He is only playing because of his Dad. Still doesn’t mean Bronny has done anything wrong to justify “hate”. I don’t agree but I understand LeBron hate. Jmo

Again I was responding to a question inside the thread.

I can’t think of another player where nepotism is the only reason they’re in their league.

As long as Thanasis is in the league, i’ll never hate on Bronny.

Another example of nepotism is JR Smith’s younger brother Chris making the Knicks opening day roster guaranteeing him 490k.
quote:

Chris Smith has made the New York Knicks' opening day roster. Smith is the younger brother of Knicks shooting guard J.R. Smith. His inclusion on the roster has stirred strong emotions among the team's fan base. Knicks coach Mike Woodson acknowledged that Chris Smith's ties to his brother would influence whether the team kept or cut the 26-year-old guard.

5 points is .2ppg above his college average. He didn't belong on a D1 court much less an NBA one.

Defined as anyone who wouldn’t get the chance or hype they got if they weren’t in a famous family…

LOTS of NASCAR and other race car drivers
Pete Rose Jr.
Tony Gwynn Jr.
The Maravichs getting walk on spots at LSU when they probably didn’t deserve them
LOTS of WWE wrestlers
Laila Ali
Gio Reyna
Arch Manning

What did the Wizards 1st round, 2nd pick score last night?

Surely he did far better than a 2nd round, 55th pick?

Bronny and Dame’s cousin Keljin Blevins are the two worst nba players I’ve ever seen. Brian Scalebrine is closer to LeBron than he is to Bronny.
