That's my point. We couldn't possess the ball. Why? Because Brazil kept taking it from us.

no because we were trying to set up offense off of 50 and 60 yard passes. It's not like this hasn't happened against some really shitty teams as well in the past

backhanded comments about our team

WTF is backhanded about stating that Brazil is the better team when that is true?

We played very very well today. We had a chance to win. I am proud of the team. Don't get me wrong.

I'm the one trying to say we didn't choke. That our performance was very good. That we should be proud.

Again, Ron...I think you are upset about the victory and have chosen, for some reason, to get pissed at me. That's cool. I really don't care.

no, thats not why

we tried to just play it over the top. WE GAVE UP THE POSESSION MORE THAN THEY TOOK IT FROM US

WTF?! It is obvious in the Spain and the Brazil game that the team is, at the moment, incapable of maintaining such a high level for the full 90 minutes. Get your head out of your arse.

Not only that, but the changes that Bradley makes in tactics and in substitutions just frick the team up.

thats the fricking point

if we actually keep playing instead of playing pack the box and bomb them to jozy 50 yards downfield we would maintain a high level of play

instead, we play a fricking prevent, and it bit us in the arse today

Sometimes when you work really hard to win the ball, it is hard to settle down and switch modes to attack mode.

I think we suffered from this in the second half. Again, that a result of Brazil playing well in the second half.

Well I agree but Brazil is very good at what they do and they definitely kept the ball from us for most of the second half.
