Was listening to a clip on 680 The Fan, and they said the Braves are basically copying what the Cubs and Rangers are doing, whatever that means exactly.

Ben Ingram
Once you realize that Ben Ingram looks like THIS instead of looking like the round faced jolly 65 year old man that he sounds like, you realize that Ben Ingram must have a screw loose. It's just bizarre and really really doesn't match up.

I'll never forget how off-guard I felt when I saw him in person for the first time. Really bizarre. He basically sounds like Pete Van Wieren but looks like Chris Evans (no homo)

Haha, what makes it even stranger is that he's from Mississippi. He sounds like a 65 year old whacky FM DJ from the Midwest, but he's from Mississippi and looks like this.

Free over the air for local fans follows the Phoenix Suns model. Blacking out local fans is the dumbest thing ever.

First pitch at 6:05 ET following Georgia Championship Wrestling as Dusty Rhodes and Magnum T.A. Take on Terry Gordy and Steve Williams.

What's really cool is that weekly studio pro wrestling is once again airing on channel 17 in Atlanta (WWE NXT airs on The CW which is channel 17 over the air in Atlanta).
Also the Biden/Trump debate was at the OG Techwood Drive studio where WCW was filmed until the late 80s.

Braves aren't doing free OTA other than for 15 games

Braves operating income was $732 million
About $100 million was from their RSN deal last year and I'm pretty sure they won't get the same amount with Braves Vision this year but they'll cash in '27 IF they actually have a MLB season.

I wish. I wasn't even a Braves fan as a kid, yet I tuned in to TBS every day in the summer to watch the games to listen to them call the game.
And when I became an adult and understood more of Skip's jokes, he got even funnier.
"The bases are loaded.....and I wish I was too"
My favorite joke of his was when the Braves were playing the Expos in Montreal, and Dave Martinez hit a home run for the Braves, then Skip said "and both fans begin to boo"... I couldn't stop laughing for several minutes. His dry humor was always perfectly timed and delivered.

How many MLB teams have their own stations and will this one be affordable?
Yankees (YES network) and Red Sox (NESN) both own their own for sure.
there may be other as well.
The Astros and the Rockets jointly own Space City Network.

The Detroit Tigers and Red Wings are going to have their own network, produced by MLB. Since the Ilitch family owns both, it makes sense.
