Tank: 28-0 (26 KO)
Garcia: 23-0 (19 KO)

Arguably the second best fight that can be made in boxing right now behind Crawford vs Spence (and negotiations between these two keep falling apart, so who knows if this one ever happens). Maybe the most entertaining fight that can be made.

Two young, undefeated champions fighting each other in their primes like it ought to be.

It's on PPV but find a way to watch it regardless because it will be fun for as long as it goes.

Tank will probably win but I'm not sure who to root for. They are both unlikable. Maybe varcia since he agreed to all conditions and isn't scared of a loss.

I know he didn't. That's why he agreed to just fight. Give the people what they want.

That is the big question - Is Garcia ready or did he rush into this too quickly? But gotta give him kudos. With his hype, we could've easily made millions over the next few years beating up on fringe contenders. Instead, he chose to go after the big dog. You don't see that anymore.

Yeah Garcia agreed to fight pretty far under the weight he normally fights at + a rehydration clause (imo any fighter that puts this in their contracts is a pussy) cause Tank wouldn’t do the fight without it.

Yes and no… wasn’t no fringe contenders left for him to beat up on… any young Mexican fighter with a decent record would have drew the same hype as this fight… just so happen ain’t really none around(which is rare)…

Who takes this fight without a rehydration??? That’s the hype machine working on you.. a no rehydration clause isn’t rare… you hearing about it and bringing it up because it was brought up

Saw where there is some ridiculous rehydration clause. Will not watch because of that. If you want to move up in weight fight at the weight class limit don’t try and drain your opponent. That is chicken shite Bull shite. There’s 18 divisions in boxing which is way too many. Pick one and fight at the limit.

Yeah, that pretty much guarantees Tank is winning the fight. Garcia gonna be weak as frick

No way should he have agreed to that

I feel tank should win but props to both for actually stepping up and making the fight happen. Too many dodgers in the sport today

Apparently they had their weigh-ins this morning. Doesn’t seem like a weigh-in the day of the fight is the norm

Due to the hydration clause. I think they could only weigh 10lbs more than yesterday. Garcia is obviously a naturally bigger guy and his last two fights were at 138 or 140. This will probably be his last fight at this weight

Particularly the welterweight division has been beyond embarrassing. They just don't want to fight the best of the best.
