Indiana wins the B1G tournament in front of the largest post season crowd in tournament history (19,965) at TD Ameritrade in Omaha. A big day for the B1G in my opinion. Indiana (42-13) secures an automatic bid and the question now becomes does Nebraska (40-19) secure an at-large big into the NCAA field?

On the topic of Indiana, this team is very dangerous. They are CWS material in my opinion. They have won 15/16 and 30/33 games. They are peaking at the right time and are playing with a ton of confidence. I wouldn't want to play Indiana right now. Can they break the B1G CWS drought?

Who has been projected as the 2 in Indiana's region? I'm thinking Nebraska goes to Stillwater or Fort Worth. Maybe somewhere on the west coast

Unfortunately for them, the NCAA tournament will not be filled with B1G opponents. Peaking at the right time, or playing subpar competition?

Its exactly that kind of thinking that makes them dangerous. Go ahead and sleep on them. They remind me an awful lot of that Kent State team that made the CWS. They had won like 33/35 and still got no respect. Indiana has made the NCAA tourney a lot recently, I think they make a legit run. No matter who you play, winning 30/33 games is impressive.

What is this CWS you speak of that the Hoosiers participated in a year ago? I thought there was some sort of drought...

I fully expect us to be the #2 in Bloomington unless the NCAA gets a hard on for wanting to sell out the Louisville regional.

They made it to Omaha last year, and were preseason top 5 this year. Ain't nobody sleeping on them.

Someone woke up in B1G pajamas...read a story on Yahoo about college baseball and the Midwest...thought it was fresh...and jumped to post on TD.

Went to the Indiana-Nebraska game. Hoosiers are most definitely legit. He absolutely demolished a home-run, went over Nebraska's bullpen in RF.

Sam Travis, Dustin DeMuth, Schwarber... all of those guys can mash. Top to bottom, really good lineup. I'd put them against anyone in the country.

Questions about their pitching, though. Top two starters Joey DeNato and Christian Morris are good, but don't know if they have a #3 starter that will worry anyone. We'll see.
