Nashville Predators... if you haven’t had the chance to watch a game, they have one of the most consistent goaltenders in the league in Pekka, Top notch offensive and defensive defensemen and from the top line to the bottom 4th line, balanced scoring. They are also getting it done with special teams.

Anyone else agree or disagree? If so, who’s better?

Obviously top 3, but I would say VGK. The point differential is negligible and Vegas is undefeated against both Tampa Bay and Nashville

I like my defenders being short fused.

Im a Preds fan, but Im still putting them third behind Tampa and Vegas. Maybe adding Fisher and Hartman will change things, but I need to see it first.

can always tell when the playoffs are about to start when random Nashville fans start appearing on the MSB out of nowhere

2nd in Point %
8th in GF/GP
2nd in GA/GP
4th in PP%
12th in PK%
4th in FOW

Pretty good. Solidly 2nd best in the NHL behind TB. Id give you the advantage over VGK, Boston, Winnipeg

Not disagreeing with your overall point, but the Preds beat Vegas in their last meeting 1-0.

Probably Boston. Predators have better D, Penguins/Lightning probably have better forwards, but Boston has the whole package.

Top 5 I'd go:

1) Bruins
2) Predators
3) Lightning
4) Golden Knights
5) Penguins/Jets (they are right about the same for me, if Matt Murray doesn't come back then Penguins not in top 10)

With Boston and San Jose’s acquisitions, they are looking tough to beat come playoff time.

Evander Kane was a beast in his first game. Looks like he's going to fit in nicely, but resigning him is the real question.

Sharks look primed to upset someone.

The Knights have owned them outside of that, I doubt any Preds fans feel great about a series with them.

It's Tampa. And I really don't think it's close.

I do like the Caps trying something new. Being the best team in the league didn't result in a Cup, so now they are trying to be decidedly mediocre and see how that plays out. Worked for the Penguins, and it is a copycat league.

This city would fricking explode.

I went to several playoff games and 1 Cup game. It rivaled some of the best LSU football games in atmosphere.

You guys should really come for a big game. Nuts.

When Nashville loses to Calgary in the first round, there is going to be so much complaining about the pace of play. Because the Flames are going to play the lowest event hockey that has ever low-evented.

(I like the Preds, but their fans need a dose of true suffering)
