The Avalanche are only one point out with a game in hand on the Ducks.
Also, I think it’s silly that the team with 34 wins and 29 losses is behind in the standings to the team with 31 wins and 33 losses..

Bruins fan here so I'm biased and going with them. Nash, Wingels, Holden, and Gionta have all made immediate impacts since got them. Still have Marchand and Krejci doing their thing, and our DMen are still doing their thing. Krug is an amazing offensive defensemen and Chara is still a giant out there, somehow ageless despite his height, I've been worried about him falling off a cliff for years but it hasn't happened quite yet.

Sucks that Bergy got hurt because he was having a hell of a season and he's my favorite player, but I think he'll be back for the playoffs, we'll be fine without him until then, just steamrolled the Pens without him.

I think the Bruins are the best team in the NHL at the moment, follow closely by the Lightning.

Nashville, Pittsburgh, and Winnipeg are probably a tier below but also very good teams.

Vegas doesn't have the star power in my opinion to challenge for the Stanley Cup. When coaches start shortening their bench in the playoffs teams with difference makers are going to be that much better/more impactful.

Bruins would get bounced by the Caps. That’s one of the few teams the Caps could actually beat in the playoffs.

It’ll come down to the Lightning and Pens in the East and I’m going to go with Nashville or Winnipeg out of the West.

Bruins have been a surprise, but I wouldn't be shocked if they go out in the 1st rd

yea, Maple leafs would be a tough draw for them and a great series

if they overtake TB though, watch out.

I’m originally from LA and currently live here now. I moved back 4 years ago but previously was in Nashville for graduate school and stayed there for 10 years. Loved the city and became a huge hockey fan. I was at game 4 last year against Pittsburgh and man, it was exciting.

The Atlantic is gonna be a monster in the playoffs. Leafs-Bruins in the first round followed by the winner having to go to Tampa.

Meanwhile, the Metro will likely have five teams in, all of which will finish behind the third place team in the Atlantic. And one team from that Basket of Mediocrity is gonna go to the Eastern Conference Finals.

I'm still not sold on Vegas. The Pacific is a much weaker division than the Central and they've benefited from that. I also like the Preds' experience over the Knights come playoff time should they meet.

Just hoping Nashville locks up home-ice throughout the playoffs so Bridgestone will be rocking.

Vegas has the best Home Ice advantage probably due to the Vegas Flu
