Obviously this year is different, but for a normal year what do y’all think is the best month for sports?
My top 3, chronological order:
March
-march madness
-MLB opening day
-NHL and NBA playoff chase
-college baseball starts conference play
October
-MLB postseason
-NFL and CFB midseason
-NHL and NBA starting up
December
-CFB postseason
-NFL playoff chase
-NHL and NBA midseason
What do you got?

Depends on how my favorite teams are doing... but in general...
October
March
January - Bowl games, NFL playoffs
December
September - College football & NFL kickoff, MLB homestretch.
November - College football in full swing.
June - MLB going, CWS if LSU is in it.
July - MLB All-Star game, Summer Olympics/World Cup years this moves up.
Feburary - Super Bowl, but that's about it. This gets a bump if the Saints are in it or if it's a winter Olympics year.
April/May/August - I love MLB, but that's about all that's going on.

The start of some seasons are when you get a chance to see what your team may be able to do..... an exciting time IMO and baseball is heating up big time with a final push for division winners.

I can’t give it to a month with no football
And march madness is my favorite sporting event of the year

Right now, it will be August, because we will finally get some major sports back live.

That march/april stretch is pure bliss
and we missed it.

I would go with
November:
College Football peaking
NCAA bball early season tournaments
or
Late March/Early April
NCAA Tourney
College baseball starting
I would go with November. Thanksgiving week is my happiest sports time of the year. Wall to wall games every day of the week. I don't really watch pro sports so mine is a bit different than most will be.

And that’s not in October either?
It’s in the mid 70s high 60s in the south
Even up here it’s still in the 60s and 70s

It’s funny that nobody watches college basketball anymore but pretty much everyone has March madness pegged as their favorite event (this goes for myself as well).
