'If I'm not going to play until I'm 100 percent, why do I even suit up,' Aikman said. 'I'm not going to be 100 percent the rest of the year. But I am mobile and I don't think anybody in the stands could tell any difference if I went in there. I just don't think my knee is a factor.

'I do feel like this is my football team. It's disappointing not to be able to play. And it is doubly frustrating to have been a part of the team when it was 1-15 and not be able to be in there when we are having success.

'I've never been a backup before, at least not since I was a freshman in college. It is difficult to prepare. It is difficult to keep my mind on things.'

These two could not be more different. Bitch Burrow is pouting and saying he is not having fun and may quit. Aikman wanted his fricking job back and could not wait to get on the field even though he was getting his arse kicked behind a sub-par OL.

Voluntarily re-signing a contract with the organization that is supposedly mistreating you is "a bad draw"?

Literally a week ago when asked why he rushed back from injury to play for a 3-8 football team, Burrow said "We're getting paid a lot of money to play a kids game. I love playing. I just want to put on a show for the fans, be out there with my guys

so he pouted and said "why even be out here if I'm on the bench" Sounds like a real team player and non-drama queen right. Like all the other QBs in the 80s and 90s were. They never made statements of dissatisfaction or complained about anything.

He re-signed with the Bengals

Then he doubled down by forcing the teams hand to sign Chase AND Higgins to massive contracts

he is, but his love of LSU is often overshadowed by playing the edge lord role here on TD.

Yeah I’m confused why people are making this about the bengals. Joe Burrow IS the Bengals at this point.

Listening to that, Burrows problems seem bigger than Cincinnati.

Watch the presser. He's already done with Cincy. He will not be under center for the Bengals through 2029.

Hey may be talking about calling it a career. I don't blame these guys once they get around 6-8 years. If you think about it, at this point, they've made way more than enough to not have to worry about money for the rest of their life.

Why continue to stay at it only to have your head studied hard from your autopsy?

Marino, Elway or Aikman cry like this.

Did any of those guys have multiple season ending injuries due to their teams incompetence to piece an offensive line around them?

Dumb arse bitch

He sounds like a quarterback who's frustrated by the issues with losing, injuries, the Bengals. Joe might need a change of scenery. He's probably a better quarterback than that franchise deserves right now. Him, Ja'Marr, and Tee had a decent run, might be time to change. Bengals will suck after Joe, because they're the Bengals, but I think Burrow would shine elsewhere.

Burrow won which Super Bowl? Oh yeah.

Burrow won MVP which season? Oh yeah.

Burrow was first team AP which season? Oh yeah.

Well he had to be second team AP at least one season right? Oh yeah.

So what exactly puts Burrow in the elite discussion? He has two PB appearances in his career to his name. That’s the same as Jalen Hurts who has a SB MVP and SB ring to his name but also has at least been a second team AP. Hell even Dak Prescott has a second team AP to his name since Burrow came into the league.

Burrow’s resume is that of a good not great QB and certainly not in the discussion for being elite. I don’t know why that is so hard for many here to accept but it is what it is.
