Louis Riddick just made it sound like the athlete is being a douche about the contract issue. Saying it’s ridiculous that he wants whatever it is.
Isn’t Riddick typically player friendly?

They haven’t done what Burrow asked.

The Bengals ownership is a joke. They look like fools in all of this.

Obviously the guy they're offering the contract with the team friendly get out jail clause.
This was bound to happen in time. The owners are going to start to protect their investment with these types of clauses. Maybe the Bengals are trying to be the first to get this in there.

It’s a promise to be a professional athlete. Don’t know why the player has such a big issue with this.

He is. The team is asking him to make a promise that he won’t do stupid shite off the field and he’s crying about it.

They all want that guaranteed money the problem is the hand that feeds them is starting to see massive money and market share can be lost when you sign fricking retards regardless of athletic talent.

If tweet fails to load, click here. With Schefter on TV saying the clause in practically brand new. So who knows.
