Bengals announced that rookie OT Jonah Williams had left shoulder surgery to repair a torn labrum. Williams likely will miss the 2019 season, but is expected to make a full recovery.

Our first round picks are cursed with injuries, it’s unreal.

Eventually NFL teams will realize the continual use of steroids at Alabama is causing long term damage to players and quit wasting early round money on them.

Oh please. You know a lot of football players in college and especially the NFL are juiced up. I mean if a guy like Mark Sanchez was on some, then a lot of these guys definitely are.

i'm not saying Bama has any more of a roid problem than the rest of CFB but their training seems to be developing a trend of hurt shoulders

That maybe true but I'm just saying the whole "only Bama players are juicing" is stupid. A lot of these guys are because you'd have to really mess up to get caught in the NFL.

Torn labrum and full recovery don’t happen often.

Other than artificially reinforced knees, I don't see where else a lineman is more likely to be injured than tearing a shoulder
