They are a tool to use to help make decisions, but so many coaches now just do what the damn sheet says, rather than considering everything.
Analytics is great, but coaches misuse them IMO

Yeah I’m as big on analytics as possible, but the XP there gives you the sure fire lead and makes all of the Bengals work to that point futile. Now you’re tied.
