On the Bengals 3rd down delay of game, the sack couldn't stand because technically the play never happened. They accepted the 5 yard penalty to push them back 5. Had they declined, it wouldn't become 4th down...woulda been 3rd and whatever again.
On the TN delay, it was 4th. Bengals declined to push them back 5 and replay 4th from where it was.

The Titans are rushing 4 and 5. If you max protect against that, your 3 receivers aren’t getting open against 6 and 7 pass defenders.
