I was thinking there is only one ball to go around and this is going to dilute the stat sheet for everyone else.

If he is anything like he was that is going to make their offense even more potent.

Then again if Andy Reid won't run it or use him it won't matter.

Gives CEH someone to share the load with and takes away DWs touches.

So the Jets are paying this dude to go win a ring on another team. Goddamn what a joke franchise.

How do these contracts work? Doesn’t KC have to pay off the guaranteed money, or would that be only if he didn’t clear waivers?

Helaire should still be the feature back. Bell would be a good backup for him.

It would make more sense for Bell to be feature back. Why put unneeded mileage on their future back?

Shitty ownership that doesn’t care about having any ounce of success.

So you spend a first rounder on a guy to be a future back? You don’t really draft running backs to be the guy as they age a bit.

Not like putting Bell at feature back hurts them? He probably will play better than Clyde anyways. Just have Helaire relieve him and still get action.

Let’s be honest about CEH here, he’s not going to be a 20+ touch a game back like CMac, Zeke, Henry, etc. The only reason why he was as first rounder was because the team that picked him has no real needs. Hell they didn’t even need him but Reid wanted to him himself a Westbrookish vanity piece to play with even though CEH is more in the Singletary/Ekeler caliber range.

He gives them a cheap offensive weapon they have control over for the next 5 years when Hill and Kelce’s contracts come up and they have to find a replacement for Watkins.

Bell isn’t the same back he was in Pittsburgh.

I don’t know... Jets too bad overall to evaluate him properly... plus Gase has absolutely no business coaching an NFL team
