Duke got absolutely fricked there. No timeouts for Cincy and the refs ice their kicker for them by waiting til the last possible second to blow the whistle. That's crap.

Cutcliffe handled that penalty call well when he was interviewed. Seemed more pissed that his defense waisted that 79 yd punt.

It sucks something awful for Duke, but I kinda agree with the announcer in that it probably wasn't an intentional dick move. With their coaching situation being what it is, there may have been some legit confusion.
