Is this a single elimination or a three game series?

Yes Sulphurs ace pitched

Barbe pulled theirs in the 2nd and the other guy had 10k's

It's amazing how barbe steps up every year. They are like the Spurs.

frick barbe and their coach. I understand you play to win and that I'm just a bitter, whiny, sore loser but got damn, to intentionally walk a kid five times, to not even let him swing.... frick barbe.

We had a chances and blew it. We left 10 runners stranded tonight. We didn't base run effectively, we didn't play small ball (except on the failed suicide squeeze). Barbe did all that right. Our squad got out-coached tonight. Glen is a smart coach, I'll give him that. They played error-free ball and that's what won it for them.

Congrats Barbe & frick you

Pretty impressive for a HS Baseball coach to have someone make a fake twitter for him

There's a notcecchini twitter page. Looks like it hasn't been active much lately.

Austin #5, 3rd in the lineup. He flew out deep to center on his first bat and never saw a pitch again. He was actually walked 4 times. Sulphur should have pulled him knowing he wasn't gong to see another pitch and put someone else in the 3 hole.

Austin went yard on barbe in their second meeting this season. Glen wasn't taking any chances.

Is that the kid that killed WM last week? Might have actually batted a thousand for the series.

i know that's silly but damn, anything is worth a try in a grinder like that. Austin is big boy and not a threatening base runner. He got hung up at third on a double from second when any other runner could have rounded for a score (maybe).

I'm grasping at straws after a hard loss. I knew going into this game, it was going to be hard to win. Beating any team three times in the same season is tough, let alone, a team as consistent as barbe. When I saw the seeding last week, I almost shite.

Eta: Breaux pitched a hell of a game. Kudos to him. I hate that he's going to Mississippi.
