Normally, I'd say that could be promising for the Braves, but Jared Jones was awful all season and had only reached 5 innings once before last night. The Braves have a habit of letting bad pitchers have career days against them.

I have to imagine that we eventually move Dubon back to SS once Acuna is healthy. I think having Yastrem or Eli White in the LF spot is better than having Mateo or Jarvis at SS. Kim is utterly useless if he ever returns. He needs to give some of his contract earnings to the guys who have been playing.
And thank goodness Dubon is multi-dimensional. I'm interested in where Anthopoulos is looking for a trade deadline pickup. Starting pitching is obvious, but does he look at a position player whether that is OF or SS... Will be interesting.

Because we have no other choice and you're not just going to sit a $200m contract unless you have a clear better replacement for him.
