What he did in the postseason - channeling fricking Mariano Rivera - was off the charts unbelievable.

Yes it was. He picked an amazing time to have the hottest stretch of his career. It's tough to watch him right now though. It seemed like he was dancing through the raindrops every time out earlier in the season but his luck is running out and he's getting pummeled routinely.

God damn, seriously Will Smith? I get wanting to work him through whatever this shite he is going through, but frick me running, this is painful to watch.

It’s beyond time. Either try to trade him at the deadline or DFA him. He doesn’t make this team better. TYFYS last postseason but it’s time to move on.

He should be DFA’d. Only on the hook for $4 million rest of season and there’s about as good a chance that option for next season is picked up as there is of me being on the roster next season. No one is claiming him off waivers but if someone signs him after we release him it saves us $200k and we also don’t have to worry about him ever pitching in another game.

I think it's a legitimate possibility to make a roster spot when Kirby Yates is ready.

That was harder than it should have been but somehow, this team still hasn't lost 3 in a row.

There’s a lot of black holes in the lineup right now. Pretty much a small minority of guys carrying them. Something’s gotta give or it’s going to be tough to win the division again.

Meh, bullpen is fine outside of literally one guy. And Yates seems to be ready to be inserted soon. If we make a move for pitching, I'd rather it be another starter.

Really though we need another outfield bat. We fricking called Mike Ford back up with Duvall out. Need to rectify that.

4 every day players are a "small minority?"

Obviously Acuna and Ozuna have to step it up but TDA and Contreras are solid offensively but I do think AA makes a move with the Duval situation...hearing
rumors of a move for Brandon Drury

To be fair, they've both kind of have fallen off.

TDA has been one of the worst hitters in the major leagues in July. He was also awful in May. But he was incredible in April and June. Really strange season.

Olson, Harris, and Riley. They’re the only ones dependable right now. Most teams that make it deep in the playoffs have 7-8. They have the ability as we’ve seen. Just have to put it all together. I’m not too worried about pitching ithet than Ian.

Said they were solid despite their current issues and Contreras at 24 obviously has a very good upside.

Ozuna and Acuna are much bigger concerns at this point.
