I think AA would sign someone like Sonny Gray. He's a good pitcher but it won't break the bank to get him.
Something needs to change in the offseason. They're either intimidated by Philly or they're getting complacent because they're all signed long term.

It definitely makes sense not to give out one of those absurd Strasburg or Gerrit Cole type deals because those never work out well for the team.
The Phillies got Wheeler for 5/$118M. He probably would have taken a bit less than that to play for the Braves.

They have been the better team and have made the better managerial decisions in all three games this series.
We had to steal a game at home which would’ve been really good if this was the 2018 Braves… but this season we are the best team and played like an upstart that was happy to be there.
