Athlon's top 50 college football pro prospects for 2018

The most shocked I was when I seen the list was how many FSU players were on there for defense. They were atrocious last year. Yes I know Derwin James was injured all year

I have a sneaking suspicion that Da'Ron Payne is way too low on that list at 18. He's...he's something else.

Any list that has Jackson that low is going by 1 game which was the last game of the year. His Offensive line sure as hell didn't help him any. You're telling me there are 42 better football players than LJ?

That's because the OP is wrong and the list is for pro prospects and not college players.
Jackson is a great college player but not an elite pro QB prospect.
I have no idea why the Wyoming QB is rated so highly in these things.

I have seen Byron Cowart listed in mock drafts as well. He would likely go undrafted at this point in his career based on play. Makes me think this might go by recruiting ranking in some way.
