As far as I can tell the list is all draft-eligible players for 2018 - even the sophomores (meaning, as you note, that they redshirted).

Derwin James and Josh Sweat both fought through injuries last year, with Derwin James sitting out majority of the year and Sweat toughening it out. Even if both would have been playing against Louisville we still would've lost by 30 plus points.
