Looks like an American pitcher. If there is one thing I learned from watching "Mr. Baseball", it's that those types of macho shenanigans don't play well in Japan. Tip your hat, gosh dang it!

Pitcher started his windup first. My coaches always used to tell me to finish the pitch if someone does that. Trying to stop the motion could cause injury.

Also, if you're going to finish the pitch, make sure he doesn't try the same thing again.
